An agreement has been signed by Air China Ltd for the purchase of 15 Boeing Co 737 aircraft with a list price of USD982.8m.

The purchase forms part of a previously disclosed package that reportedly involves eight Chinese carriers acquiring a total of 80 737 aircraft.
