PARIS (Thomson Financial) - EADS NV’s executive committee is meeting today to discuss the sale of Airbus manufacturing sites as part of its Power8 restructuring plan, following the breakdown of negotiations with German preferred bidder OHB Technology AG unit MT Aerospace, a source close to the matter said.
