      on first flights they don’t usually put the gear up. they are trying to limit variables because systems have not been tested yet. as far as the wing flex goes, the aircraft is flying light, meaning not much fuel. the fuel tanks are in the wings, so without much fuel that much wing flex is normal. the wings actually become stronger with more fuel.

      In addition to the angle of dihedral, the wings flex up a lot. The wingtips look like they’re about 8 feet higher than the fuselage.
