HRchitect Releases 2nd Quarter Results

HRchitect, a Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting services firm and the leader in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Employee Performance Management (EPM) consulting, announced at last week’s shareholder’s meeting the results of its second quarter successes.

Frisco, TX (HRmarketer/PRWEB ) July 19, 2005 — HRchitect, a Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting services firm and the leader in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Employee Performance Management (EPM) consulting, announced at last week’s shareholder’s meeting the results of its second quarter successes.

During the second quarter of 2005, HRchitect signed 21 new client projects including Barclays Global Investors, Biogen Idec, Cendant, CTX Mortgage, Maersk Sealand, Mars, Moses Cone Health System, Northrop Grumman, Progressive Insurance, RadioShack, and Raytheon.

“The first half of 2005 has been extremely strong for us and has provided great momentum moving into the second half of the year,” said Rick Fletcher, President of HRchitect. “We have significantly increased staffing and have put into place a number of new initiatives to meet customer demands and industry trends.”

HRchitect is now in its eighth year and continues to be profitable. As the leading ATS and EPM consulting firm, HRchitect’s model is to maintain its vendor neutrality in order to provide unbiased expertise in HR technology consulting. This has led to new partnerships with many HCM vendors who recognize the value to their prospects and customers, and the value that HRchitect brings to the process. HRchitect has also recently announced the launch of a Strategic Planning Services program for PeopleSoft customers and will be launching additional practices as the year progresses.

“Our tremendous growth this year has allowed us to put a greater emphasis and focus on partnerships,” said Fletcher. “We have been developing new partnerships at a healthy rate, as more companies and HCM software vendors are recognizing our leadership position in HR technology consulting.”

Norcross, GA (PRWEB) February 12, 2007 — Can changing one or two things about the way someone does his or her job lead to savings for a company? And lead to a safer place and higher morale? Thirty-two special companies worldwide say yes. They are all contenders in the prestigious Ergo Cup Award competition and will be demonstrating their solutions at the Applied Ergonomics Conference, March 12-15, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. Only 3 can win.

Companies as diverse in operations and products as Boeing, Bridgestone, Dell, Delta Airlines, GE, Honda, J&J, Mary Kay, Harley Davidson, Toyota, Universal Orlando, and Sunrise Medical can prove that making process improvements from an ergonomic perspective, no matter how small, reaps big benefits.

The nationally recognized Ergo Cup, presented by IIE (www.iienet.org) and sponsored by The Ergonomics Center of North Carolina (www.theergonomicscenter.com) , provides an opportunity for companies to highlight successful ergonomic activities. 2007 marks the ninth year of this competition.

Using ergonomic tools to assess processes, they fix problem areas, document the results and develop training programs to train others in operating equipment properly. At the conference, they will excitedly tell you about their solutions to challenges in lifting heavy equipment, moving objects multiple times, and literally bending over backwards and twisting. Theres even a Shrek costume re-do that will wow you.
