Southern Air gets lift from purchase - The Advocate
Terms of the deal scheduled to close in September were not disclosed. Southern Air located on Glover Avenue will merge with Cargo 360 Inc. operated by Oak Hill Capital Partners the private-equity firm founded by Texas billionaire Robert Bass.
