Evergreen Group considers aircraft from Boeing or Airbus

Taiwan’s Evergreen Group has said that it is planning to acquire either Airbus A320s or Boeing 737 aircraft.

According to the company it will acquire the aircraft to replace its 13 MD-90s.

A company official said that the aircraft would be used by the group’s subsidiary Uni Air on regional routes, Reuters reported. The carrier could use the aircraft on routes to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia as well as to Guangzhou in China.
