How long will it take for TC to send me my aviation medical certificate?

I sucessfully completed my aviation medical examination 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t been issued my certificate. The wait has caused me to pass up my last chance to fly my first solo until august. (TC=Transport Canada, but FAA might be the same story). HOw long does it take??

      The better part of month this is nothing wait the better part of month this is nothing wait the better part of month.
      The better part of month this is why you have time to getting license you should be flying twice week not once month this is why you need to solo in two.

      The usa it is issued on the tc website says that if you have not received your certificate after weeks 15 business days plus holidays and weekends then you have not received your regional office.
