Mr. Phillips is a director of Houlihan Lokey - one of the worlds largest mergers and acquisitions firms for the A&D industry - and founding publisher of the ADG Market Update. Mr. Phillips has extensive background in technology, having served for fourteen years with Hughes Electronics, where he performed project management, new business development, technology management and engineering. He previously served with TRW and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
