I am 15 I have 19 hours flight time, and plan to solo on my 16th birthday. I would love to have a career in aviation, and as long as the pay is a living wage I am fine. I have thought about becoming an airline pilot, but after a few years I imagine it would become like being a bus driver.

Yes, do not become a bus driver -
Be a career flight instructor, with rewarding wages and bonuses -
And when tired of flight instruction, consider another career -
Real estate maybe…? - Used car sales…? -
It’s not like driving a bus.
A bus doesn’t go 500 knots. A bus doesn’t fly through the clouds on instruments. A bus doesn’t carry people across oceans or over mountain ranges. When the engine on the bus quits, the driver just pulls over. A plane doesn’t have that option. A bus driver gets his license and that’s it. A pilot gets his license then has to take several checkrides each year, plus a physical twice per year. Plus, the competition to become a pilot is absolutely fierce. A bus driver, not so much.
Keep flying. If you like it, it may become a life-long passion and you will never feel like a bus driver.
